Nalu Training:Nalu Training is an intense 1 hour workout incorporating ball-handling, agility, speed and quickness, attacking moves, finishing moves and shooting reps on the Dr Dish shooting machine. There are 2 sessions available on Nalu Training days: Session 1 - 4pm to 5pm - Ages 10 to 12 (boys and girls) Session 2 - 5pm to 6pm - Ages 13 and above (boys and girls) For more information and to be placed on the invite list communicated via email, please click HERE. The Hawaii Development League is a summer league created for the specific purpose of developing active basketball players in a competitive, high-level setting, which will feature current professional, collegiate and high school talents. The HD League inaugural 2018 season will feature 6 Men's and 4 Women's Teams, which will run from June 26th to July 19th. The Junior HD League will feature the top high school players across the state of Hawaii. The HD League Futures Showcase will feature some of the top middle school players from across the state of Hawaii. The inaugural 2018 HD League Futures Boys Showcase will be held on Oahu, December 28-30. Click HERE for more information about the HD League. Hoops in Hawaii DII Power InvitationalProformance Hawaii is a proud sponsor of the Hoops in 2018 Hawaii DII Power Invitational. The invitational tournament will be held at the Hawaii Convention Center on December 16 - 18 and will feature eight (8) NCAA Division II men's teams (4 of which are ranked in the top 25 nationally). The participating schools include: #22 Chaminade, Dallas Baptist, Emmanuel, Hawaii Pacific, #5 Southern Nazarene, #10 UC San Diego, Western Oregon and #15 Western Washington. PROFORMANCE HAWAII ELITE TRAVEL TEAMS
PROformance Hawaii Elite Travel Team players will be taught and trained to play at the collegiate level, whether it be NCAA D1, D2 or D3 or NAIA. Each team will compete in elite divisions of national showcase events across the West Coast in April and July during live NCAA viewing periods. Our players will not only be taught the skills to play the game, but the IQ and understanding of how to play the game.
