Proformance Hawaii Girls Program is 1 of 32 Nike Girls Elite Youth Sponsored Programs that competes on the prestigious Nike EYCL Circuit.

Established in 2017, Proformance Hawaii created a platform for local girls basketball players to improve their basketball skills and IQ to be able to compete at the national level.  As a Nike EYCL Member, our travel teams play a national schedule to showcase their abilities and skills in front of college coaches and scouts during the NCAA live viewing periods.  This has provided the opportunity to our athletes to receive scholarships at collegiate programs around the country at all levels.

Our program currently has three teams competing on the Nike EYCL Circuit - 17u, 16u and 15u.  Our 8th grade team competes on the Nike Jr EYBL Circuit.  The youth program teams (3rd through 7th grade) compete locally and at AAU events locally and nationwide.

We are committed to providing exposure opportunities for our athletes to play basketball at a highly competitive level.

We aim to empower young girls through the sport of basketball, fostering confidence and leadership skills while engaging them in impactful community service.  We strive to create a supportive environment that encourages teamwork, personal growth, and a commitment to giving back, inspiring the next generation of female leaders.  Through our efforts, we are committed to leaving our communities in a better place for future generations, demonstrating the power of community engagement and social responsibility.

As a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, we are committed to giving back to our communities through our community outreach programs.  In addition to our community service partnerships with native Hawaiian non-profit organizations, our Hoops For Na Aina Community Outreach Program provides our girls with the opportunity to share their experiences and knowledge with under-served communities by providing free skills training sessions and basketballs.
