PROformance Hawaii proudly offers various training opportunities to help each individual athlete improve and maximize their basketball skills.  Our personalized training workouts are designed specifically to fit the needs and goals of each individual player.  Our players will not only see improvements in their physical skills, but will also see improvements in their confidence and basketball IQ.  Each of our training services provide opportunities to improve ball handling, shooting, passing, speed and quickness, basketball IQ, and much more.

Individual Training

1 on 1 private training allows players to work individually with a PROformance Hawaii skills coach on a personalized curriculum designed to improve weaknesses and enhance strengths.

Group Training

Similar to individual player development, group training allows players to work collectively with a PROformance Hawaii skills coach on a personalized curriculum designed to improve weaknesses and enhance strengths in a competitive environment.
